1-1/2 lbs chicken breast (cut to bite size pieces) (I prefer to brown it first)
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
6 oz stove top stuffing
2 cloves garlic, minced
Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with basil & mozzarella.
Top with mixture of tomatoes, stuffing, & garlic.
Bake at 400 for about 30-40 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
