Steak Fajitas!!!
This recipe was so simple to follow. I had it in my recipe box and have NO clue where I got it from. It's really yummy!!
First you get a steak and slice it up into thin strips. Start sauteing this in an electric frying pan, with a bit of vegetable oil and meat tenderizer.
1 lg. yellow onion sliced
1 lg. purple onion sliced
2 lg. bell peppers (I used one red and one green)When the steak is almost done add all other ingredients and cook together til veggies are slightly tender. (don't over cook the veggies or they will be mushy) While that is cooking heat up some flour tortilla shells in the microwave so they are warm and ready when the fajita mix is done. Put a spoonful or two of the mixture in the tortilla shell and sprinkle a bit of cheese on top and roll it up!!! This was a big hit at our house.
*My kids like it with ranch dressing inside of it and my hubby liked it with salsa in it. The possibilities are endless!!!! ENJOY!!
